Best Western Plus Keene Hotel

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, the comfortable beds, and the friendly staff. They even helped me with plug adaptors during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a cozy experience.

A little coffee machine and an iron in the room and the comfortable bed. Comfortable position right in the center of everything.

We explored Granite Gorge and Brentwood Golf Course , both a blast. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was great. Just a heads up, check-in might take a bit longer, so don't rush over right at 2pm.

Eggs fairly good breakfast over all quite good. Dining staff very good.

The Queen Room was impeccably clean and featured a wonderfully comfortable layout. The breakfast spread was pretty good, offering a variety well beyond cereal and toast. Lori's dedication to maintaining the breakfast area was evident. She ensured everything was tidy and fully stocked. The location is ideal for easy access to nearby attractions.

Check-in was a bit disorganized and took longer than anticipated.

The breakfast was fantastic and the cook, and attendants were very efficient and very pleasant. Check-in fellow was also very polite and helpful.

The sink was logged and never fixed until a second reminder. The linens for the hideaway bed was brought up after 3/4 of an hour. The fellow who brought them was very accommodating and pleasant. This is the most we have ever spent for a hotel room in New England ( big city prices are not needed in this economy).

The handle in the shower you had to turn forever before it started water flow Sliding door lock was all scratched up and stuck making opening door extremely hard

The room was clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that supported a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a variety of options including hot items like sausage and freshly brewed coffee. The location was convenient for business meetings. The staff were attentive, assisting quickly with any requests I had during my work trip.

Eggs were good, I would of loved sausage too.

Bacon was a little crispy for my taste but it was ok.

Very clean hotel with a nice indoor pool. Service was a bit slow during breakfast. Convenient location near golf course, a big plus.
